Because of my family’s school work and jobs, I moved around different places including Puerto Rico (the territory of the U.S.A), Nagasaki, Shizuoka, Okinawa, and Miyagi during the youth. After High school, I live in San Francisco for 5 years, then Miyagii, Iwate, Kyoto, Kanagawa, Tokyo, then Hokkaido
音楽、ダンスとユーモアが好きな大学講師兼アマチュア写真家、お絵描き大好き人間。専門: メディア産業史、メディア論、アメリカ研究、ジャーナリズム、メディア倫理法制論、 マスコミュニケーション論、メディア・コンテンツ制作、英語・語学学習コーチング。
A college professor/amateur photographer & digital illustration hobbyist, who loves music, dancing, and a good laugh. Studying & teaching Mass Communication, American Studies, Journalism, Media Studies, Media History, Media Ethics & Law, and Media Productions. I also teach ESL/English-language learning for students in Japan
My goal for English? Well, I hope students taking my course will build confidence in their skills to get better, and I want to assist in strengthen their skills. For myself, I need to polish my skills in English further and also other language like Farsi and Spanish as well.
I don’t have any issue learning English itself, and I don’t hate learning it but it really grinds my gear when people think that they're great just because they can speak English. Seriously, it’s not. It’s just a tool and there are many languages out there. The prominence of English as a global lingua franca can sometimes feel overwhelming or frustrating. I really hate, my language skill to be judged by someone who never acquire foreign language skill. I was told “how bad my english is” both in Japan and the United States, and i really hated those people saying it without suggesting improvements or helping to get better. I know my limitations regarding English/language skills and I wish those people whom I met in the past would help me instead of being a “jerk.”
Besides my work, I’m a photography and digital drawing enthusiast. Not so great but I love creative activity of any kind. You could also find me out side, road-biking, training acrobat move, dancing and all. I also love learning new things。
金にならなくても中途半端につづけてる趣味: 写真、絵を描くこと、デジタルイラストレーション、創作活動全般好き。ロードバイク、アクロバット練習（今は、バタツイとバク転）、語学勉強（ペルシア語、スペイン語、英語、日本語）、ダンスなど。新しいことを学ぶこと。
